The meetings take place from March 4 to October 29, 2020 - on Wednesdays or Thursdays (depending on the participant's preference), from 15 pm to 17 pm, in the Art Workshops of the Integrated Cultural Center (CIC).
The workshop's proposal is to seek to deconstruct a series of patterns that the body establishes during life, often becoming more mechanical and rigid.
