The cycle of meetings offers interested parties a unique opportunity to deepen their practical and theoretical knowledge sobre or ancient yoga, with the guidance of lecturers with a lot of experience and knowledge on the subject. The program offers a critical and dense, culture-specific, technical and theoretical view of Ancient Yôga, through information compiled in over 40 years of research and experimentation. The course is suitable for people who are interested in personal growth and in the improvement of Ancient Yoga techniques, for those who seek a serious and correct deepening in the philosophy of yoga and for those who wish to advance in the Evolutionary Scale. There are 4 immersion meetings, on Saturdays, with a workload of 6 hours each. In addition, there are 6 complementary meetings of 1h30 each, at the school.
