Presented by Mauricio Calil and Carla Trindade, Solar Iyengar teachers, the course aims to presented in 8 modules and focused on the Iyengar method, develop the participants' personal yoga practice; identify and know the posture families, as well as their basic functions; to know the practical bases that underlie the method; the philosophical study of works such as Patanjali's Bhagavad Gita and Yoga Sutras; the use of materials to help the practices, in addition to knowing yourself better, your limitations, potentialities, objectively tracing the path to inner freedom.
Modules in days March 12 and 13, April 16 and 17, May 14 and 15, June 11 and 12, August 6 and 7, September 10 and 11, October 8 and 9, November 12 and 13.
