Just like in the summer, the dancer and choreographer of Dança do Belem Álika informs, special winter classes will begin, celebrating the arrival of the coldest season. In the first lesson, Álika will give two classes: the first focused on the undulations of the spine, generating fluidity between the hip and trunk; in the second, the teacher will discern about the movements of the arms in the dance of candles.
