A day entirely dedicated to the preparation and tasting of traditional dishes of Indian cuisine. With mainly vegetarian dishes, participants will be able to make and taste dishes such as Tamarindo Chutney and Puri, Lassi, Bokhara Pilau and Shahi Turkray.
