Nas Tuesdays and Thursdays February, the Belly Dance teacher and dancer Álika will hold a series of classes involving techniques and teachings of oriental dance.
The class calendar brings on the 3rd, hip release; Day 5, trunk and arms in DV; Day 10, sinuous with shakes; Day 10, column undulations; Day 19, Said, based on rhythm and movement; Day 24, mini basic sequences 1 and the 26th, mini basic sequences 2.
