The course is defined as a training that aims to develop skills in the use of coaching tools for team managers. Understanding the importance of the leader for the high performance of the team; the promotion of self-assessment by the manager and the team to adjust actions and behavior; providing tools to motivate, engage and obtain superior results are some of the objectives pursued by the event. The instructor will be Silvio Jardim, Master in Communication from Universidade Tuiuti/PR.
