The Apnea course with international certification AIDA Freediving (level 3) is taught by Carol Meyer, especially for people who want to face the world underwater, safely and without scares. The course is intense and covers general knowledge about the sport of apnea and prepares the student to go to sea. The investment includes textbooks and theoretical and practical classes. During the three days, theoretical and practical content on equipment, safety, breathing, relaxation, equalization, avoiding accidents, training in pairs, turning technique and kicking are covered.
