Get ready for summer and go beyond! Take a deep breath and dive into this adventure having as a teacher the octa world record holder in apnea, Carol Meyer. Since childhood, Karol is dedicated and interested in the practice, being the record holder in number of world records for Brazil, throughout the history of diving. Specialist in apnea tests, where diving is performed only with air from the lungs, Karol already dived for leisure, but only from 1996 onwards she joined competitive diving. In the course, the athlete, considered the best instructor in the world, will focus on the practice Survivor, this being the module basics for water activities.
