The Apnea course with international certification AIDA Freediving (level 1 and 2) is taught by Carol Meyer, especially for people who want to face the world underwater, safely and without scares. The investment includes textbooks and theoretical and practical classes. On the first day, theoretical content is covered on equipment, safety, breathing, relaxation, equalization, avoiding accidents, training in pairs, turning technique and kicking. In the afternoon, practical class from 13:30 pm to 17:30 pm. On Sunday there is departure to the sea from 8 am to 13 pm.
