The course, run by a brewery in the North of the Island, enables students to produce their own drink, providing the necessary assistance, as well as tips and tricks for a good preparation. In the classes, content such as the history of beer, inputs, equipment, homemade production process, software for preparing recipes, industrial production process, cleaning and sanitizing equipment are passed on.
During the course, a wheat beer will be made, which can later be tasted by the students.
