O Meat Shop Grill offers barbecue course, taught by chef and owner Beth Schreiner. The idea of the course is to teach the different types of cuts that can be made on the barbecue and the practice of barbecue. Registration can be done by phone and reserves the right to material by e-mail, meat tasting, water, soft drinks, a beer or a glass of wine.
