Ministered by Radha Nicotari, from Radha Yoga, the Training Course for Ayurvedic Yoga Massage Therapists It is a technical training with teaching material that allows a practical and theoretical experience of the benefits of this ancient therapy. The course, held at Center of Being, is made up of physical practices that enable the body to use it in a more responsible and safe way. Meditation and breathing exercises that balance the system, enhancing the sensory, intellect and motor systems. They are applied in 4 sequential modules. Each module allows practitioners to watch, receive and offer the application of content in an evolutionary way. The distancing of the modules has a recommended time for assimilation and maturation of the context at a physical and psycho-emotional level, thus providing more than intellectual knowledge, but rather a cellular sapience that is imprinted in the subtle system of each participant.
