The programme of Personnel Management and Excellencel aims to identify your profile, values and essential objectives. Set goals and create conditions to achieve better results. The course is taught by Gladys Milenna Prado, psychologist, coach and consultant in People Management. There will be eight meetings. The program provides for a diagnosis of individual profiles and objectives, planning and execution, exercises and reflections to be carried out and put into practice.
