Macaron Course

Macaron is a specialty of French confectionery, despite having its origin in Italy. Today, it is a fever at weddings and 15th birthday parties, being easily recognized as being the round and colorful sweets with ganache filling. The course includes in its syllabus the basic doughs, ganaches, jellies, creme au beurre, assembly and finishing.
