Expanding the limits of traditional massages, expanding techniques and opening new paths is the focus of the therapeutic massage course. Various techniques from different schools of self-knowledge will be used to support our practices of transformation, harmonization and enhancement of the body. In a single session, in addition to mobilizing your muscles and joints, you will develop intense stretching, breathing and meditation work. Hands and feet will be used in rhythmic deep and vigorous touches, as well as traction from yoga, Thai massage, sports massage and traditional Ayurvedic Yoga Massage.
