On December 13th and 14th, a course will be held at CEBB (Center for Bodhisattva Buddhist Studies) in Florianópolis with meditation techniques, teaching of breathing exercises and specific yoga asanas that help in relaxation. The instructor is Alessandra Destro Pizzigatti, a student of Buddhist Lama Padma Samten. The cost is R$100,00 until today, December 11th, and R$120,00 after that date. The activities will be carried out at the headquarters of the Center, Huberto Rohden Street, 274, Campeche.
