mindfulness, or Mindfulness, has been the subject of numerous scientific researches as an excellent technique, tool and lifestyle to have integral health. Today it is already in the main American and European universities and schools, in addition to being part of a large official program of the English government being implemented in the areas of health, education, public safety and the work environment. The course is structured in 8 weeks, inspired by the main international standards of mindfulness-based interventions, especially the MBSR by Jon Kabat-Zinn, and mainly covers the classic teachings of mindfulness from the book Breathing – the natural way to meditate, by Tarchin Hearn, who presents, in a clear, simple and profound way, an essential framework for the development of mindfulness: the Anapanasati Sutta. Tony Barros, the instructor, is a Senior Mindfulness Trainer certified by Mindfulness Trainings International under the instruction of Lama Jangchub Sempa Gyatso.
