The course, taught by professors Luciana Trompowsky Ávila and Keilla Cristine Silveira Cardozo Alves. clarifies the principles and fundamentals of the Functional Pilates Method, in addition to teaching how to use floor exercises, accessories and devices, such as the kinesiotherapy technique in rehabilitation. Interested professionals learn the didactics of assistance, in addition to having the opportunity to understand the exercise system and prepare assistance and classes. Registration until April 28th.
