Free programming course – Learning to Program.

The NGO CDISC opens registration for the social project that teaches programming to low-income youth in Florianópolis.   With a view to the democratization of Informatics in Santa Catarina (CDISC), registration is open for the project “Learning to Program”. The objective of the initiative is to teach young people between the ages of 14 and 20, with a family income of up to four minimum wages, the language of programming. Participants develop digital games during classes, which are free and take place in the after-school period at Rosa Torres de Miranda Basic Education School, in Jardim Atlântico, from Monday to Friday, from 13:30 pm to 17:30 pm. Prerequisites: Be between 14 and 20 years old, with a family income of up to four minimum wages, and who are attending, or have already completed, high school in the public education network - there is an exception for scholarship students in private schools. Interested parties can apply via the link: http://www.cdisc.org.br/projetlearning-to-program. After registration, candidates undergo an interview, where they must prove the requested requirements.
