Aimed at the appreciative public and those seeking insertion in this area, the classes are divided into four modules. Combining theoretical and practical teachings, the Beer Sommelier prepares the student to enter the Santa Catarina market, which according to sector experts is expected to grow by more than 20% in 2018. Spread over four weekends, the classes cover, among other topics, the pairing of beers and dishes, guided tasting and beer history. Throughout the activities, students try approximately 80 labels of 70 different beer styles from the most diverse places in the world.
