O Cascaes Teaching Center offers a training course in Urban Drainage and Flood Control, taught by Prof. Dr. Thaddeus de Souza Oliveira. The program is divided into three blocks and covers Topography, Hydrology, Hydraulics and Rainfall; Urban flooding and urban drainage system; Hydraulics applied to urban drainage and elaboration of an urban drainage project. Applications and payments must be made through the Foundation's website.
