The main intention of this course, carried out in two meetings, is to align the expectations of those involved who participate in projects. The participant will learn about N:N planning together with the Scrum Framework, recognized for promoting collaboration, involvement and continuous improvement. In a simplified way, it will be possible to visualize how planning is integrated with the execution and control of a project. Ministered by Murilo Búrigo, engineer specialist in project management.
