During the Intensive Massage Therapy Course 2 Various techniques from different schools of self-knowledge are used to support practices of transformation, harmonization and enhancement of the body. In a single session, in addition to mobilizing muscles and joints, each participant carries out intense stretching, breathing and meditation work. Hands and feet are used in rhythmic deep and vigorous touches, as well as traction from yoga, Thai massage, sports massage and traditional Ayurvedic Yoga Massage.
