In a single session, in addition to mobilizing muscles and joints, the participant Intensive Massage Therapy Course, ministered by Gabriel Maia Lello e Claudia Guirunas, develops intense stretching, breathing and meditation work. Feet and hands are used in rhythmic deep and vigorous touches, as well as tractions from yoga, Thai massage, sports massage and traditional Ayurvedic massage. Deep and vigorous movements are taught; tractions, manipulations and relaxation and postures for self-preservation of health (Lian Gong). The topics covered are: energetic self-protection, chakras and emotional centers, bases of psychosomatics and synergy of vegetable and essential oils.
