The course aims to relate physical and bodily aspects with emotions and feelings. Various techniques from different schools of self-knowledge are used, thus aiming to support practices of transformation, harmonization and enhancement of the body. In a single session, in addition to mobilizing muscles and joints, the participant develops an intense stretching, breathing and meditation work. The rhythmic hands and feet in deep and vigorous touches, as well as tractions coming from the yoga, thai massage, sports massage and the traditional ayurvedic massage. To participate in the course, no prior knowledge of massage is necessary. It is an instrument for human development, with the aim of strengthening people on their path of professional and personal development. Included in the price are: Apostille; kit with massage oil synergy; coffee break and certificate. To confirm a place, the registration fee must be paid in advance.
