No Intensive Course of Natural Medicine do Center of Being, the limits of traditional massages are expanded, expanding the technique and opening new paths. This is done using different techniques from different schools of self-knowledge, aiming to support the practices of transformation, harmonization and enhancement of the body. In a single session, in addition to mobilizing muscles and joints, each participant carries out intense stretching, breathing and meditation work. Hands and feet are used in rhythmic deep and vigorous touches, as well as traction from yoga, Thai massage, sports massage and traditional Ayurvedic massage.
