We will expand the limits of traditional massages, expanding the technique and opening new paths. In a single session, in addition to mobilizing muscles and joints, you will develop intense stretching, breathing and meditation work. We will use rhythmic hands and feet in deep and vigorous touches, as well as tractions from Yoga, Thai massage, sports massage and traditional ayurvedic massage. Syllabus: Alchemy of healing - Synergy of vegetable and essential oils; Intersections between the sympathetic/parasympathetic nervous system; Professional planning and customer service; Emotional responses manifested during and after massage; Psycho-emotional support in the work of massage therapists. To participate, no prior knowledge of massage is required.
