O dragon dreaming is a methodology for creating and managing successful projects, drawn from the insights and inspirations of Australian Aboriginals. The method has been tested on hundreds of projects around the world, achieving very good success rates on budget, schedule, and quality requirements. Dragon Dreaming's “cat leap” is its focus on relationships between people and its orientation towards a work process that takes us safely out of our rational control.
In the course, taught by Pedro Lunatris, with the help of Camilla Stahelin e Ana Paula Sousa, fundamentals of the program, its bases and inspirations are passed on through practice. Topics such as Inspiration stories, The culture of money-lose/win-win, Pinakarri, Specific and General Objectives, among other topics, are addressed.
