The programme of Iyogayou Teacher Training offered by Center of Being It is not just a professional course, but has the mission of, through the ancient techniques and teachings of Yoga, developing self-knowledge, self-control and individual healing for each person. The objective is to prepare each trainee so that, after completing the course, they can guide other people in this transformative process that goes beyond the physical body. There are 30 days of practical, theoretical classes and experiences, which will carry out an inner sensory cleansing and consequently the perception of the external world, with yoga being addressed in all its forms and dimensions.
