O Intensive Course Intimate Universe for Women, which has been circulating since 2004, is an experienced movement for healing and developing sexuality that deals with depth, affection and respect for the sexuality of each woman who participates in it. Body practices are taught pelvic/perineal/vaginal awareness, strengthening and mobility; awareness and activation of the flow of vital energy; experiences of integration of the sacred feminine and sacred masculine, integration of ancestry, sensory perception, among others, as well as extensive informational content in the field of sacred sexuality, anatomy, physiology, orgasms, chakras and more.
