Marking the beginning of the grape harvest period in the high-altitude wine producing municipalities in Santa Catarina, the Vintage The 2019 edition takes place between March 1st and 31st. This sixth edition of the event has, in addition to a program at Praça Cezário Amarante, in São Joaquim, several events held in high-altitude wineries, courses related to the act of properly tasting attitude wines. The courses are taught on Saturdays - March 02nd, 09th and 16th, always at 15:30 pm. On 02/03 there is the Sensory Analysis Course: tasting white wines and high altitude roses, which is taught by the professor and doctor Carolina Pretto Panceri. On 09/03, the Sensory Analysis Course: tasting red wines from altitude, with the teacher Maria Betina P. de Bem. Already on 16/03 the Sensory Analysis Course: tasting high-altitude sparkling wines, which is taught by the teacher Mariana de Vasconcellos Dullius, is taught, closing the cycle of courses for the 2019 Vintage.
