The eighth world record holder in apnea Carol Meyer is the teacher of diving courses in the Aida Freediver 1 and 2 modalities. Aida Freediver 1 requires Static Apnea time of 1 min 15 seconds; 25m of dynamics with fins; it has no written proof, nor does it require a minimum depth at sea. the modality Aida Freediver 2 requires Static Apnea time 2 minutes; Dynamic: 40m; Constant Ballast (depth: 16 to 20m); Double rescue at a depth of 5 meters; Written test with a minimum grade of 7,00. The student who completes the course can choose to receive certification level I. However, if they meet the necessary requirements, apply directly to level 2. They can also wait to apply for certification only after completing the second stage (depth training).
