The country is going through a strong world crisis, because of that, the Florianopolis CDL is effectively innovating to help entrepreneurs in social isolation. The Entity is providing members free online courses in this period of pandemic. The cycle of classes will start on May 11 (Monday), from 19 pm, lasting one hour.
Starting virtual meetings, the first topic addressed is face-to-face service in easing the quarantine with the teacher Antonio Jose de Souza. The guest guides entrepreneurs on how to proceed within the reality that the retail market is facing.
The course marathon also brings topics such as customer approach according to recommendations from health bodies, emotional intelligence in team management and quality of life in pandemic time, among other relevant topics in this atypical period.
In addition, the classes are attended by Cases of successes in retail in times of isolation, providing a chat with the associated entrepreneurs.
