Starting in July, the Science of Beer Institute brewing school offers a series of unique courses on the product that combines malt, hops, yeast and a multitude of spices. The program includes professional training classes in the areas of sommelier, brewing technology, management and sensory analysis, as well as an in-depth study of beer styles. The beer styles in-depth course starts on July 8, lasting three weekends and the beer technology course starts on July 15, lasting five weekends.
