Awaken in Unity It is a course for people who seek their spiritual growth, who want to learn to look at themselves, to identify their condition and their needs. It is the beginning of a Journey to begin to move from a state of stress (suffering) to a state of self-acceptance and joy. The course content follows the teachings and meditations of Oneness University - a spiritual university in southern India, which has a mission to free humanity from suffering. Course topics include relationships, as well as contemplation and expansion exercises, aimed at self-knowledge, strengthening the connection with the creative Source, through the expansion of consciousness. At the end, the person can receive the initiation as a Deeksha giver (Unity Blessing), if you wish. This blessing acts on the cerebral hemispheres providing release of the mind and of blocks and negative loads accumulated on a physical / emotional level.
