Meeting with the Enologist

The winemaker of Abreu Garcia Winery, Leonardo Ferrari, descends the Serra Catarinense to teach, in Florianópolis, a tasting class curated by sommelier Marcia Amaral, a specialist in wines with international training. O Meeting with the Enologist aims to provide each participant with the opportunity to learn to recognize in order to choose that wine that suits each occasion. Participants can also taste a Finger Food with a menu prepared by Chef Fabrício Kleis, to harmonize with Abreu Garcia wines and sparkling wines. On the menu, the Duo of steamed oysters with kiwi vinaigrette and acerola vinaigrette. Then there's white fish ceviche with coconut milk, watermelon cubes and passion fruit coulis. For those who appreciate it, the crab Volauvent, grilled pear with sriracha pepper and tarê sauce. A creamy grits with Blumenau sausage ragu. And finally, there's dessert - Mango and Ginger Cream with Coconut Ice Cream.
