A Yoga Ayurvedic Massage It is the union of two ancient sciences: Traditional Ayurvedic Massage and Iyengar Yoga. O Extensive YMA Training Course is taught by Gerli Bonemann and counts with the special participation of the Sitarist Dhaivat Raj. The technique uses vegetable oils and Calamus powder to warm up and prepare the body for stretching and traction. It has a therapeutic function, relieves tension and stress, also works on the body structure, modifying behavior patterns. During the course, the teachers Michelle Castro, Carina Giacomelli e Juliana Machado will be invited to address topics such as anatomy and ayurveda.
