Ayurvedic Yoga Massage is the union of two ancient sciences: Traditional Ayurvedic Massage and Iyengar Yoga. Created by Indian Master Kusum Modak, it uses vegetable oils and Calamus powder, which helps in draining, warming up and preparing the body for stretching and traction. It has a therapeutic function, relieves tension and stress, it also works on the body structure, modifying behavior patterns.
