O Laboratory: Corps - first inhabited territory is part of Creative Consciousness Program - Training Modality of Ateliê Casa das Ideias. The proposal presented by the facilitator Raquel de Campos (Italy), is an invitation to people to practice another type of relationship with their bodies: to understand the spaces they occupy, their manifestations and limits, with the aim of appropriating bodies as their own territories, to to be able to consciously experience them: social, political, gender, intercultural and as a tool of transformation. The intention is to work with a group in two days of laboratory from the concept “Body as the first inhabited territory”. The invitation is to the body that feels, that speaks and that occupies a space. The more empowered we are of our body, the better we will know our territory. The purpose of this lab is to track what goes on in the body experimentally. Through dynamics (practical exercises), a relationship of safety and limit is established to welcome bodily manifestations.
