Before we wait for power to come to us, we need to release our tensions and worries. Osho's Active Meditations have been scientifically designed to enable us to consciously express and experience repressed emotions and feelings and learn the way to observe our habitual patterns in a new way. All of this takes place in a healthy and natural atmosphere, coordinated by the experienced instructor Dhyan Raghu, where different meditation techniques are used, focusing on body awareness, sensory perception and energy expansion.
