The work carried out in The Bodhisattva Path: Experience Deep Ecology is inspired by Joanna Macy's Deep Ecology, Nonviolent Communication (NCV), Dragon Dreaming and various methodologies to support emancipatory processes. These solutions can be applied to the collaborative management of teams, coworking spaces, innovative collectives and informal groups. Facilitation is done by Gabriel Siqueira, who holds a master's degree in administration from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (Ufsc), supports groups, collectives and organizations to plan and carry out collaborative projects through Dragon Dreaming, Sociocracy S3 and Design Thinking.
