Developing knowledge and skills that prepare the professional to serve dynamic and competitive markets through innovative sales and relationship techniques and methods. This is the objective of the course, which still aims to generate greater profitability and address concepts related to relationship marketing strategies and business planning. The course also has an experimental class, where the methodology used by Espm-Sul, a joint collaborator of the course, will be presented. Biweekly classes.
