Helping to transform social reality through education is the premise of Integrate Community Education Project, which for six years has been supported by the initiative of volunteer teachers in Florianópolis, focused on building a perspective of Popular Education for workers and students in the public education network. One of the axes of the Integrar Project are completely free preparatory courses for the entrance exam, which, in addition to the place at the university, seek to stimulate the critical outlook, cultural training, citizenship and social protagonism of students. At the beginning of the second semester, the project opens places for the semi-extensive course, with classes from Monday to Friday, from 18:50 pm to 22 pm. Those selected in the first stage, taking into account socioeconomic criteria, will be interviewed in person between July 17th and 21st and the official call will be announced on July 25th. Classes start on Monday, the 31st.
