Teachers Natascha Pastoriza, Tita Pastoriza, as well as guests, teach the fundamental techniques and theories for training in Yôga, so that, after completing the course, the trainee will be able to register with the Yoga Alliance (worldwide Yoga entity) as a teacher independent, and can even teach Yoga classes in Brazil and around the world as RYT 200 (Registered Yoga Teacher). In addition to everything, the course also teaches the real meaning of yoga, which goes far beyond postures: it is a philosophy – the oldest of all, also known as the Science of Life. There is meaning and explanation for everything. Many are unaware, but the ultimate objective of Yôga is purification - in the sense that the closer we are to nature, the purer we become.

Prerequisites for passing the course: Yoga practice during the course; tolerance of 5 absences (total of 55 practical and theoretical classes); approval in theoretical final exams (with 70% of correct answers); presentation of a Yoga sequence (lasting 50 minutes at the end of the course); delivery of Weekly Activities and Course Completion Questionnaire Open Hours: Monday to Saturday, from 08am to 12:30pm.
