The course teaches the real meaning of yoga, which goes far beyond postures: it is a philosophy – the oldest of all, also known as the Science of Life. There is meaning and explanation for everything. Many are unaware, but the ultimate goal of Yôga is purification - in the sense that the closer to nature the purer we become.
