O Canto do Mar restaurant prepares for the most romantic night of the year a special dinner, with candlelight and live music.
How to Live Aligned with entries, choice of a type, Salmon Tartar with Toast; Beef carpaccio in a bed of arugula with caper sauce and grated parmesan; and Pumpkin cream with shrimp, ginger and lemon zest. The dishes are accompanied by a bouquet of leaves, in creamy aceto emulsion.
De main dishes, the tasty options are: Filet in Roquefort sauce with vegetable ratatouille; Grilled salmon with sweet and sour orange sauce with mango and ginger, accompanied by saffron rice and sauteed baroa potato; and Shrimp in curry sauce, accompanied by rice with grilled almonds.
And to finish and give an extra touch of sweetness to the occasion, the dessert, to choose from Strawberry cup with semisweet chocolate syrup and whipped cream; Caramelized banana with ice cream; and papaya cream with cassis.
