Valentine's Day – Didge

Didge prepares a special Valentine's Day evening with a romantic menu. Starter: Tuna tartar in spiced oil, mixed leaves, agripicante sauce and grilled asparagus. Main course: Filet medallions with oriental sauce and passion fruit, chestnut crust served with risotto with arugula pesto and ned kelly reduction. Dessert: Bananas baked in ginger and mint coullys, served with cream ice cream in an orange and pistachio crust. Drink: Sparkling wine. To complete the night, live music with Rafael Washington. At Didge, the Australian atmosphere is everywhere, in colors, flavors and musicality. Starting with the name that comes from the Didgeridoo, an ancestral aboriginal instrument that is the oldest in humanity. The decoration includes cultural elements from the country. The project combines the best of Steakhouse cuisine with the relaxation of a good pub. The welcome, provided by people who like people, provides each client with a truly remarkable experience in a complete night.
