No IL Campanario, the menu designed by chef Rafael Campagnolo has a starter (roast beef with fresh hearts of palm or a special mixed salad with salmon, vegetables, fruits and cheeses) and three main course options: Filet Mignon Crusted on Zucchini Risotto, Pato Confit on Fresh Pupunha Brandade or Tortellini Nero stuffed with Pumpkin and Almonds topped with Shrimp Sauce. For dessert, the choice is between the Chocolate Supreme (chocolate with genoase and a touch of orange) or Gula (chocolate mousse duet with strawberries and kiwis, mini sighs with Sicilian and almonds). To accompany mineral water, soft drinks, natural juice and two glasses of Prosecco.
