How to Live Aligned with entries, choosing a type, Beef Carpaccio in a bed of arugula with caper sauce and grated Parmesan; Salmon tartar with toast; and Pumpkin cream with shrimp, ginger and lemon zest. The dishes are accompanied by a bouquet of leaves, in creamy aceto emulsion.
De main dishes, the appetizing options are: Filet in Roquefort sauce with vegetable ratatouille; Shrimp in curry sauce, accompanied by rice with grilled almonds; and Grilled salmon in a sweet and sour orange sauce with mango and ginger, accompanied by saffron rice and sauteed baroa potato.
And to finish and give an extra touch of sweetness to the occasion, the dessert, to choose from Strawberry cup with semisweet chocolate syrup and whipped cream; Caramelized banana with ice cream; and papaya cream with cassis.
